Advanced Call Center Technologies will create 625 jobs in Junction City

Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACCT), a provider of contact center and back office support services, has announced that it has signed a six-year lease for a call center building in Junction City. ACCT will take possession of the facility, which is located on Spring Valley Road, on June 1, 2014. The company is currently recruiting 35 customer service agents for its first training class in June, and plans to hire more than 600 workers in Junction City during the next five years.

“The company selected Junction City due to the high quality of the available workforce and the outstanding available facility,” ACCT Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Griffiths said. “This is our eighth domestic contact center location and we believe that a strong partnership with our local communities is the cornerstone for our success in our business. We have very much appreciated the efforts of the city leaders to date and look forward to a long-term relationship with Junction City.”

“It is great that ACCT is expanding its operations to Junction City,” said Kansas Commerce Secretary Pat George. “The company’s decision to invest in Kansas and create hundreds of new jobs here is a sign that our state’s business environment is vibrant and encourages growth.”

ACCT currently employs more than 4,000 people across five states. The company is expanding due to its need for an immediate solution to provide services to an established clientele.

“We are very excited about Advance Call Center Technologies coming to Junction City,” Junction City Mayor Mike Ryan said. “We see it as a positive move for ACCT and Junction City with great potential for both of us.”

“Junction City and Geary County are pleased to welcome Advanced Call Center Technologies to our community,” said Ben Kitchens, chairman of the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Commission. “We’re excited and looking forward to a long term relationship with ACCT.”

ACCT provides customer relationship solutions for clients in the financial services, communications and technology industries. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a commitment to long-term opportunities to help attract the best talent available. An ISO certified company, ACCT offers customized services and high performance standards to its customers.
