The Kansas Hispanic and Latino American Affairs Commission (KHLAAC), the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City and the Kansas Department of Commerce will host an open discussion with the Hispanic business community about economic development in Kansas. Gov. Sam Brownback will lead a panel discussion at the event, which will take place at the National Center for Aviation Training on Oct. 23 in Wichita.

WHAT/WHO: The forum will begin with a panel titled “Resources to Make Your Business a Success,” and will include the following presenters:• Rhonda Harris, minority and women-owned business director, Kansas Department of Commerce• Jamie Hofling, senior product manager, economics, NetWork Kansas• Charles Dilliehunt Jr., program consultant, Kansas Department of Transportation• Shaun Rojas, Kansas Community Leadership Initiative manager, Kansas Leadership Center, Wichita
Rob Flores, president of Puente Marketing in Kansas City, will then give a general session presentation titled “Showcasing Your Business.”
A second panel discussion will include the following presenters:• Gov. The event will conclude with a luncheon.
